SaaS Web Design
SaaS Web Design & Development
Medialion designs marketing sites, product UI, and dashboards for SaaS companies — clear onboarding, honest pricing pages, and interfaces that make complex tools feel simple.
A SaaS company lives or dies on two screens a prospect never thinks about separately: the marketing site that convinces them to try, and the product interface that convinces them to stay. When those two feel like different companies built them, trust leaks out at exactly the wrong moment.
Medialion has spent 18 years building websites and custom digital tools for clients across the country. Today we do that work from Travelers Rest, South Carolina, for national brands and Upstate businesses alike — and SaaS is one of the corners of the work we know best, from co-sell platforms to data-heavy dashboards.
Media Lion builds across many industries — see the full range on our Types of Work page.
Why a SaaS site needs more than a landing page
The teams that convert and retain are the ones that make a complex product feel obvious in the first five minutes. That means:
- A marketing site that explains the product in the customer’s language, not the org chart’s
- A pricing page that is honest and legible instead of a “contact sales” wall
- Onboarding that gets a new user to their first win before they lose interest
- A product UI and marketing site that share one design system, so the handoff feels seamless
A SaaS website is not a brochure. It is the top of your product funnel and the first screen of your product experience, and it should be built by the same people who understand both.
What we build for SaaS companies
Every product has a different mix of self-serve and sales-assisted motion, so we scope to the funnel in front of us rather than shipping a template. The pieces we assemble most often:
- Product marketing sites — positioning, feature storytelling, and conversion paths tuned for free-trial, demo-request, or product-led signups
- Pricing and plan pages — clear tiers, comparison tables, and the schema that wins rich results in search
- Onboarding and in-product UI — dashboards, settings, and empty-states designed so users reach value fast
- Design systems — a component library shared across marketing and product so the brand stays consistent as you ship
- Integrations and docs — connection pages, changelogs, and developer-facing content that reduce support load
Selected work
Recordbook HQ
co-sell and partnership SaaS
Recordbook HQ replaces the fragmented mix of spreadsheets, email, and Slack that sales and partnership teams use to manage co-selling. Our work spanned the marketing site through to the product interfaces that teams use every day, which meant translating a genuinely complex workflow into screens that a new user can understand without a training session.
Vital Capital Index
data platform
A data-forward product where the challenge was making dense information legible — presenting indices and metrics in a way that reads clearly to a non-technical audience while staying honest to the underlying data.
What matters on a SaaS build
Product companies have a specific set of concerns most agencies skip. We treat them as table stakes:
- Performance. Core Web Vitals in the green, because a slow marketing site quietly caps your paid-acquisition efficiency
- Instrumentation. Analytics, event tracking, and attribution wired in from day one so you can actually see the funnel
- Accessibility. WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline — real keyboard nav and contrast, not an overlay widget
- Maintainability. A component model your team can extend without calling us for every copy change
Built in the Upstate, working nationally
We are based in Travelers Rest and work with SaaS teams wherever they are. Eighteen years of shipping product and marketing work for clients across the country does not depend on a zip code, and it never has.
