Media Lion is based in Travelers Rest and drives the Greenville area every week. On-site visits and pick-up cover Travelers Rest, Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Easley, Mauldin, Taylors, Fountain Inn, Spartanburg and Anderson. Remote sessions work anywhere.
Do you repair Mac hardware?
No. We handle setup, software, mail, accounts, backups and performance. For broken screens, batteries and other hardware we point you to Apple or a trusted local repair shop, and set everything back up afterwards.
Where do you work?
On-site visits and pick-up across the Upstate: Travelers Rest, Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Easley, Mauldin, Taylors, Fountain Inn, Spartanburg and Anderson. Our studio is in Travelers Rest. Remote sessions work anywhere, and farther away you can ship your Mac to us.
Is Media Lion affiliated with Apple?
No. Media Lion is an independent provider. We work with Apple devices every day, but we are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Do I need to be home for a remote session?
Yes, at your device. You start the session with a link we send, watch everything we do, and can stop it at any time.
