Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Book a single visit, or ask about a monthly plan per device that covers updates, backups checks and a set amount of help time.

Do you work with Windows PCs too?

Our focus is Macs, iPhones and iPads. In a mixed office we handle mail, accounts and shared files for everyone.

Can you set up our website and email too?

That is our day job. Media Lion has built websites in the Upstate since 2007, and hosts business email on your own domain.
