Everything below is part of the service. If something on your list is not, we say so before we start.

  • Storage cleared: duplicates, caches, old downloads and forgotten large files
  • Startup items, background apps and old add-ons removed
  • macOS and apps updated to versions your Mac supports
  • Disk and system checks, with anything worrying reported
  • Browser cleanup: extensions, pop-ups and stored junk
  • An honest read on whether an upgrade would be worth it

Do you need my Mac in person?

No. Most tune-ups happen in a remote session: you see everything we do on your screen. If you are local and prefer, we can pick it up and bring it back.

Will you delete my files?

Never without asking. We show you what is taking space and you decide. Anything we remove from the system itself is cache and leftovers that the Mac rebuilds on its own.

Do Macs need antivirus software?

Usually not. macOS has strong protection built in, and many "cleaner" and antivirus apps slow a Mac down. We remove the ones that do more harm than good.
