How long does a new Mac setup take?

Most setups take one to two hours, depending on how much is moving over from the old computer. We start the transfer early so the waiting happens while we set up everything else.

Can you move everything from my Windows PC?

Yes. Files, photos, bookmarks, mail and contacts all come across. Windows programs do not run on a Mac, so we install the Mac versions of the apps you use or suggest good replacements.

What happens to my old computer?

We leave it untouched until you have checked everything is on the new one. When you are ready we can erase it safely so it is ready to sell, give away or recycle.
