Do you sell Macs?

No. We help you choose and buy direct, so you get Apple's warranty and returns. We have no reason to push one model over another.

Is it worth upgrading memory and storage?

On a Mac they cannot be upgraded later, so it is the one decision to get right. We size it to how you work and how long you keep a computer.
